1. Please login our upgrade page by input your Device ID or S/N(For Purchased Customers:)

2.Download Update Software now!

    (I) Bakup your SD Card data to your PC first! Clear the "Finean" directory on the SD Card to release the SD card Space!

    (II) In the Main Software Download page, Choose the Latest Software Version you want to upgrade, Download it to your PC.           Extract the Main software to the SD card! This will create a directory on the SD card or you TF Card.

    (III) In the Map data Download page, Download the Map Region you have bought to you PC! Extact the Map data to the SD           card directory As: " \SD card\Finean\map\". Be sure that the map data locate is correct! For Example as Australia :

            " \SD card\Finean\map\Australia\star.map"

3.To Activate the Update Map !

        Copy the License key file to your SD card to activate you map!

        The License key file is an *.key file locate in the directory

        "\SD card\Finean\map\************.key"

4.Finally Setting!

        Run you upgrading GPS software now!In the "\Main menu\settings\GPS\GPS Port\" menu,choose "Auto" to setup your         GPS settings.

        Then the upgrading action is finished!

5.Upgrading Trouble Shooting???

(I) Can not loading your Navigation System?

* Are you sure your SD card plug in the socket properly?

* Are you sure you GPS application running path setting correct? Usually, The GPS application often running path in the following Way:

----"\SD card\Shell.ini" which content is: "\SDMMC\finean\finean.exe"

----"\SD card\Shell.ini" which content is: "\SDMMC\mobilenavigator\mobilenavigator.exe"
        Need to Change the "\SD card\Finean\" Directory to "\SD card\MobileNavigator"
        "\SD card\Finean\finean.exe" to " \mobilenavigator\mobilenavigator"

----Choose path in System Menu, like: "Navi-setup" or "GPS setup" or "System Setup\File setup\GPS path\"

(II) Can not received Satellite singal?

GPS Com Port & Buad Rate Usually setup in the following:

---- Com=Com 1 / Baud Rate=9600

---- Com=Com 2 / Baud Rate=4800

---- Com=Com 7 / Baud Rate=38400

---- Com=Com 1 / Baud Rate=4800

---- Com=Com 7 / Baud Rate=4800

---- If you're not sure your GPS settings, Just Choose "Auto" setting in our software:"Main Menu\settings\GPS\GPS Port\Auto"

(III) Can not find a Map?

----Are you sure you've download the Map Data ?
----If there's no directory in the "SD card\Finean\map\"
----If the Map Data Directory is not in correct? The correct is as the following :"\SD card\Finean\map\australia\star.map"

(IV) Display "Demo" or a big "?" in the center of screen?

This is simple show that you map are not activate! Try to make sure the folloing things be done:

----Are you Copy back the License key file(*.key) which locate in your "SD Card\finean\map\"?

----Are you sure your're download the right region you've bought?

----Are you sure you've download additional region you've bought?

----For Finean 2008 R4.0,We Release UK full postcode data, which needs additional charges!do not upgrade you UK to UK full Postcode!
